Yuu Yaowarat Hotel

Within a short walk of the hotel are the Wat Traimit Museum, near the temple that houses the Golden Buddha, and the Yaowarat Chinatown Heritage Center, which covers the history of the local Chinese community. For the wider city, the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, both 2.4 km away, are reached by taxi, and the two airports lie 21.6 km and 26.4 km away.

A good day starts with the street food on Yaowarat Road, then a visit to the Wat Traimit Museum and the Heritage Center before a taxi ride to the Grand Palace and Wat Arun on the river. An evening walk back along Yaowarat Road is an easy way to end the day, once the lanes have filled up again with food stalls and people heading out for dinner.
