Guests can choose between private rooms and shared dormitories with bunk beds. The 25 m² and 15 m² rooms sleep up to four guests each, and the dormitory rooms sleep up to three guests in a shared room.

The 25 m² and 15 m² rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom, and the 12 m² dormitory room has a shared bathroom and blackout curtains.

Guests can use a shared lounge and TV area, and the hostel offers massage, complimentary movies and on-site entertainment. Luggage storage and lockers are available, and daily housekeeping is provided.

The hostel is on Soi Sukhumvit 81, in the eastern part of Bangkok, in an everyday neighbourhood around On Nut. Local shops, the On Nut Fresh Market and a Tesco Lotus store are close by, which keeps this part of Sukhumvit a neighbourhood rather than a tourist district. Daily life here runs along Sukhumvit Road and the BTS line, with the traffic and small shops that come with a busy main road.

On Nut BTS station is 750 m away and Bang Chak station is 1.2 km away, and the Sukhumvit line is the main way into central Bangkok. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 9 km away, and the MBK Center is a short distance further. The old city lies to the west, with the Grand Palace, Wat Arun and Khaosan Road, and Jim Thompson House, a traditional house that shows Thai silk, is also worth a visit.

A day could begin at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, 12.1 km away, a large weekend market with thousands of stalls, and end at Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverbank, the temple with its tall central tower. For arrivals, Suvarnabhumi Airport is 15.5 km away, so the journey from the airport to the hostel is the longest leg of most trips.
