Youyen ll Hostel

Every room at Youyen ll Hostel has air conditioning, and room sizes run from 22 to 32 m². The choice runs from bunk-bed dormitories with four or eight beds to rooms with single beds, a double bed or both.

The eight-bed dormitory measures 30 m² and the four-bed dormitory 24 m², both with bunk beds and a shared bathroom. The Deluxe Triple Room measures 26 m² and has a bathtub, the Family Room offers 32 m² with a single bed and a double bed, and free WiFi is available in all rooms.

There is an airport transfer and a shuttle service, and tours and car hire can be arranged at the hostel. Alongside the 24-hour front desk, there is luggage storage, lockers, safety deposit boxes, laundry service and currency exchange.

The area is a practical base for an early flight or a late arrival, and for the old city or the central shopping districts the trip is longer.

Wat Don Muang, a temple with a pagoda, is 250 m away, and Don Muang Railway Station is 550 m away, linking the area with the rail line north out of the city. Sethasiri Backyard, a garden space, and the Open Air Night Market are both nearby, and a cluster of local markets, including Ozone One Market, lies within a few kilometres. The hostel offers an airport transfer and a shuttle service for arrivals and departures.

A typical day could start at the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest markets, and finish in the old city. The Grand Palace is 22.7 km from the hostel, and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverside makes a good stop for the late afternoon. Khaosan Road is lively in the evening, so the old city's temples, the riverside and the night stalls around Khaosan Road can all be combined in one day.
