Every room at WJ Luxury Guesthouse has air conditioning. The rooms cover a range of layouts, from queen and king bed rooms for two to triple rooms with a king bed or a double bed and a single bed, and a 36 m² Family Room for four guests. Several rooms have a balcony or terrace, and many have a city view.

The Khlong Toei and Lumphini stations on the Blue Line are 500 m and 700 m from the hostel, and the line runs to Sukhumvit and to Hua Lamphong, the main railway station near Chinatown. Jim Thompson House, the former home of the American silk entrepreneur, is 3.9 km away in the Siam area, and Asiatique - The Riverfront, a night market on the Chao Phraya river, is 5.3 km away.

For a full day out, The Grand Palace is 7.1 km away in the old city, where Wat Phra Kaew and Wat Arun sit near the river. Wat Pho, one of the best-known temples in the old city, is next to the palace, and its reclining Buddha is among the most photographed statues in Thailand. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest weekend markets in Bangkok, is on the other side of the city.
