W3 wakewalkwork has capsule beds, rooms with a shared bathroom, private rooms and a suite with a kitchen, so guests can choose between a shared setting and more space. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and linen service is provided. Some rooms have blackout curtains, air conditioning, a refrigerator or a minibar, and some include a separate living room.

The suite measures 80 m² and sleeps up to six guests, and rooms with a park view are available. The Private Room with Attached Bathroom has its own bathroom and sleeps two. Rooms can have a microwave, kitchenware, a washing machine, a dining table and free bottled water, and some also have hair dryers, toiletries and reading lights.

The reception runs 24 hours, and concierge service, luggage storage and lockers are available. A laundromat and a convenience store are on site, and the hostel has a shared lounge with a TV area, a meeting and banquet space, and a rooftop area with a terrace.

The hostel is on Thanon Naradhiwat Rajanagarindra in Silom, the business district of central Bangkok, where office towers stand alongside older streets, markets and temples. Its busy streets are lined with street food stalls and office workers, so the area feels lived-in rather than set up for visitors.

Sam Yan MRT Station and Chong Nonsi BTS Station are both 550 m away, so the metro is the quickest way to reach the rest of the city. Chong Nonsi Canal Park is 100 m away, Wat Hua Lamphong, a temple, is a short walk from the hostel, and the Patpong Museum is also nearby. The Grand Palace is 4.6 km away and Chatuchak Weekend Market is 8.2 km away, and both are a taxi or metro ride away.

A day could begin at the Grand Palace, where the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands within the same complex, and continue with a walk around the temples of the old city. Chatuchak Weekend Market is worth the longer trip at the weekend, when its stalls are at their busiest, and the evening can return to the streets of Silom. The Patpong Museum and the canal park are close enough to fit into a relaxed afternoon between sightseeing trips.
