Villa Sumalee

Villa Sumalee is let as one property, so the house is offered as a single accommodation: a villa with its own private pool and a garden view. It sleeps up to six guests, and the air conditioning and private bathroom are part of the villa.

The villa measures 250 m² and has a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, toiletries, towels and internet access over LAN. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The villa has free parking on site and a kitchen, and coffee or tea is available. Air conditioning and a fan are in the house, and there is a TV and internet access. Guests can use the kitchen to cook their own meals, with the coffee or tea and the kettle close at hand.

Lamai is a beach village on Koh Samui, in the Gulf of Thailand, and its long beach is lined with restaurants, bars and small shops that run back into quieter lanes and village temples. Villa Sumalee sits in this village setting, so the beach, the markets and the pagoda are all close by, and the garden and private pool give a quiet place to rest within the village.

Wat Lamai is a pagoda in the village, and the Lamai Fresh Food Market sells fresh produce and local food. Inland, Na Muang Waterfall lies 6.3 km away, a waterfall in the interior of the island. Samui Airport, 7.9 km away, is the nearest airport and is on Koh Samui itself, so the trip from the airport does not involve a boat.

A day could begin on Lamai Beach, 1.1 km from the villa, and continue to Hin Ta & Hin Yai, two rock formations on the coast 3.1 km away and known locally as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks. In the evening, the Lamai Sunday Nightmarket, 950 m from the villa, is a place to end the day. The Big Buddha, a large seated statue on a hilltop, makes a fuller excursion for another day.
