The Green Villa

The whole property is a private villa with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, rented as a single house. Air conditioning is available in the villa, and up to eight guests can stay in it.

The property also has a fitness facility, and designated smoking areas are available for guests who smoke.

The villa is in Nathon, the main town and ferry port on Koh Samui, in Surat Thani province. Guests get a private house with its own fitness facility, and the everyday life of the town is close by. A night food market and a range of shops are within a few kilometres, so the town is never far away. The island's coconut heritage is also on show at the Coconut Museum, a stop that suits a slow afternoon.

Koh Samui is an island, so you reach it by air or by boat, and Samui Airport, which serves the island, is 15 km from the villa. The Nathon ferry terminals are 3 km away, and Octopus Beach, the nearest stretch of sand, is 1.5 km away. Inland, Na Muang Waterfall lies 12.4 km away in the island's hills, while the Big Buddha, a large statue of Buddha, is 14.5 km away. Wat Khongkharam, a temple, is also close to the town.

A good day could begin with a swim at Octopus Beach, then take in Wat Khongkharam and the night food market in Nathon. For a longer outing, Na Muang Waterfall and the Big Buddha can be visited on a day trip.
