Villa Nirvana, 3 Bedrooms, Chaweng Noi

The villa covers 250 m², with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. The bedrooms can be set up in a choice of bed arrangements, so the layout gives a family or group room to spread out.

The villa looks out onto its garden and is air-conditioned, with a private bathroom and a kitchen. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided, and there is a fan and a flat-screen TV in the villa.

Chaweng Noi is a quieter bay on Koh Samui, less busy than the Chaweng strip further along the coast, and it has a more private feel. It suits visitors who want sand and calm more than nightlife, and the beach is a short walk from the villa. The garden view from the villa makes the setting feel green and private.

Chaweng Noi Beach is 700 m away, and Lamai Beach, a long sandy bay with a night market, lies further along the coast road. Samui Airport is 5.6 km away, so flights land on the island itself, and the drive from the airport is short. Central Festival Samui, a large shopping centre, is 3.8 km away for supplies, while the Big Buddha, a seated Buddha statue, is 8 km away. The Hin Ta & Hin Yai rock formations, known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are also a short drive from the villa, on the way to the island's other coastal sights.

A good day could start with a swim at Chaweng Noi Beach, then head inland to Na Muang Waterfall, a forest waterfall reached by road. Back on the coast, the rock formations at Hin Ta & Hin Yai make a fine stop, and Lamai's night market is an easy evening outing.
