Villa Mikia

Villa Mikia is offered as one private villa of 500 m², with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it sleeps up to six guests. The whole house is let as one unit, so your group has all of it to itself.

Inside the villa you will find air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a hair dryer, toiletries, a fan and cleaning products.

The villa has its own private entrance and a kitchen, with coffee or tea available and a washer for laundry. Air conditioning and a fan are fitted in the house, and toiletries, a hair dryer, linens and an iron are part of its equipment.

Parking is free on site, pets are allowed, and internet access is available. English is spoken at the villa, and the private pool, surrounded by tropical gardens, is one of its main features. Guests can use the kitchen for their own meals, with coffee or tea at hand.

Bang Po is a village on Koh Samui, a large island in the Gulf of Thailand. Villa Mikia is set in the village itself rather than on the busy beach strips at Chaweng and Lamai, which are a longer drive away. The island's roads link the beaches, the villages and the airport, and the villa gives you a private pool and a house to yourself.

The nearest sight is Bang Por waterfall, 250 m from the villa, and Ban Po Beach is 1.1 km away. Samui Airport is 12.3 km from the villa and is the island's own airport, so the trip from it is by road. Na Muang Waterfall is 11.6 km away and Big Buddha, a large golden statue, is 11.7 km away.

A good day could start with a swim in the private pool, then a trip to Na Muang Waterfall, and finish at Fisherman's Village in Bophut, a lively quarter of shops and bars. The villa's pool and kitchen make it easy to return between outings, and the island's larger beaches are reached by road. Big Buddha and the waterfalls can be visited on separate trips, leaving time to rest at the villa in between, which suits a slower pace of travel.
