Villa Melo

The villas measure 240 m² and are set in a choice of views: some look out to the ocean, others to the mountains. Two of them have a private pool, and some offer a choice of bed set-ups. Every villa measures 240 m², so the space is the same across the property's villa choices.

Rooms can have a balcony or terrace, a full kitchen, a microwave, a separate living room and a private entrance. Some bathrooms include a bathtub, a whirlpool bathtub or a walk-in shower, and the rooms can also have a washing machine and blackout curtains. Free WiFi is available in all rooms, and rooms can have a flat-screen TV and a hair dryer.

Guests have an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a hot tub and massage treatments. The property also has a golf course within 3 km, a mini golf course and horseback riding, and snorkelling, diving, canoeing and fishing are available.

Coral Cove Beach is 750 m from the property and Lamai Beach is 1.9 km away. The Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, the formations known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are 4.4 km away, and the Big Buddha, a large seated statue, is 9.2 km away. Wat Lamai, a Buddhist pagoda in the area, is nearby, and the Royal Samui Golf & Country Club is close by. Chaweng Noi Beach is a neighbouring beach, and there are several viewpoints around the island, including Lad Koh View Point and Chaweng Viewpoint.

Samui Airport is 6.8 km from Villa Melo, and the hotel offers an airport transfer. A day could combine a swim at Coral Cove Beach with a visit to the Big Buddha in the north of the island. For everyday shopping, the Lamai Fresh Food Market is nearby, and the Lamai Night Market also operates in the area, so the evening can be spent walking among the stalls.
