Villa Camille

The whole house is let as a single property, so the villa is yours alone for the length of your stay. It covers 380 m² and sleeps up to ten guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. Air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen are part of the house, and the villa has a private pool.

Guests cook in a kitchen with basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, and can eat outside at the BBQ grill. The house also has a dishwasher, a washer, a freezer, a microwave, an oven and a stove, plus children's dinnerware.

The villa has a sound system, a TV, board games and a desk or workspace. Keyless access, a buzzer or wireless intercom and a balcony or terrace complete the arrangements for arrival and stays in the house.

For families with little ones, the villa has a crib or baby cot, a travel crib, a high chair, a baby bath, and children's books and toys.

Free parking is available, and a laundromat is nearby for guests who need one. The desk and workspace suit guests who want to work during the day, and the board games are a simple way to spend an evening in the house with a group of friends or family.

Lamai is a beach village on Koh Samui, in Surat Thani province, with a long stretch of sand and a steady mix of street-food stalls, massage shops and small guesthouses along the roads. Villa Camille is about 580 m from the beach, close enough to walk to the sand, and the island's main airport is 8.5 km away.

The Lamai Fresh Food Market and the Lamai Night Market are both close by, and Wat Lamai, a Buddhist temple, is 500 m from the villa. Further afield, Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, known as Grandma and Grandpa, are 2.5 km away, while the Big Buddha statue is 10.9 km off. Na Muang Waterfall sits in the island's interior, a short drive away, so getting around the island is easier with your own transport.

A day could begin on the beach at Lamai, then move on to Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks in the afternoon, and end at the Lamai Night Market, where food stalls and local goods fill the evening. Those who want to train can look at the Jun Muay Thai Camp Lamai nearby, and Coco Splash Adventure & Waterpark is also close by for a day with children.
