Villa Ayutthaya

The accommodation is a three-bedroom villa with a private pool, measuring 236 m² and sleeping up to eight guests. Mountain views come with the villa, and the house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The villa's own facilities include a private bathroom, an additional bathroom and toilet, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels, an electric kettle and satellite or cable channels.

Free parking is available, and the villa has a kitchen, air conditioning, a fan, linens, a washer and a desk workspace. Guests can cook their own meals in the kitchen, and those who need to work have a desk workspace. The villa also has its own private entrance, so arrivals and departures do not pass through shared areas.

Villa Ayutthaya sits on Kantiang Bay, on the island of Koh Lanta in Krabi province, Southern Thailand. The island is reached by ferry from the mainland, so the last part of the journey is by boat. The bay has a few houses and dive shops, and the small village of Ba Kan Tiang is close by, so the setting is calm and removed from a busy resort strip.

Ba Kan Tiang Beach is about 650 m away, and the Statue of Koh Lanta stands 300 m from the villa. Further afield, Khao Mai Kaew Cave is a cave on the island at 3.6 km, while Lanta Old Town is the historic old town, 4.2 km away. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a protected area of forest and coastline, lies 4.5 km away.

A good day here combines a swim at Ba Kan Tiang Beach with a walk to the Statue of Koh Lanta and a trip into the national park. The dive centres nearby make it easy to go diving without travelling far from the villa, and the old town is the place to visit for a change of scene in the evening. The island's main roads connect the bay with the old town and the national park, so day trips from the villa are simple to plan once you have arrived by boat.
