Lanta Sky Pool Villa

The property is a single 400 m² villa sleeping up to six guests, with air conditioning, a private entrance and a private pool. Its bedding can be arranged in a choice of set-ups combining a king bed and a single bed, and the villa has two bathrooms.

The villa is equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and linens, along with satellite and cable channels on the TV, and a coffee and tea maker with complimentary tea. The whole house is let to one group at a time.

The villa has a kitchen with dishes and dining utensils, along with a microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, for preparing your own meals. Coffee or tea facilities and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are provided, and a washer is on site with a laundromat nearby.

For families, there are children's dinnerware, a high chair, a crib or baby cot, and children's books and toys. Entertainment includes a sound system, cable channels, a TV and board games.

Outdoors, the villa has a garden or backyard and a balcony or terrace. Free parking is available on the premises, and internet access is available. There is also a desk workspace and an iron.

Baan Klong Khong is a laid-back village on Koh Lanta, the long island in Krabi province in southern Thailand, with a fine stretch of sand along its beaches. Small cafes and beach bars sit close to the shore, and several of them are a short walk from the villa. The island is reached by ferry from the mainland, and Krabi International Airport is the nearest airport on the mainland, so the last stretch of the journey is by boat.

Klong Khong Beach is 400 m from the villa, and the long sandy stretch of Long Beach, Koh Lanta, lies 2.2 km away. Monday Market is 5.5 km away, and Lanta Old Town, 8.1 km away, is a traditional fishing community with an old-town atmosphere. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 13.7 km away, is a protected area of forest and coastline.

A good day could start on the sand of Klong Khong Beach, continue to Lanta Old Town to walk through the fishing community, and end with a stroll along Long Beach. The villa's private pool gives a quiet place to swim close to home between excursions. In the rainy months, sea conditions can make ferry crossings to and from the mainland less predictable.
