The villas sleep up to five guests. One villa has air conditioning and a private entrance, and the Two-Bedroom Villa measures 120 m² and has a mountain view and a bathtub.

Bed set-ups are flexible, with a choice of king, super king, single and double beds across the villas. Both villas sleep up to five guests, and each one has its own choice of bed set-ups. A baby cot may be requested from the property, subject to availability.

The outdoor swimming pool and the garden are the property's main outdoor features, and a massage service is available on site. Room service and daily housekeeping are offered as well, and the kitchen facilities include cookware, oils and condiments, with a BBQ grill.

Pra Ae Beach, also called Long Beach, is a sandy stretch of coast on Koh Lanta, an island in Krabi province that you reach by ferry from the mainland. The beach has small restaurants and bars along the sand, and the area keeps an easygoing pace.

Long Beach is 1.3 km away, and Klong Dao Beach, 1.6 km away, is another sandy beach nearby. Lanta Old Town, the island's historic settlement, is 10.9 km away, and Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a protected area of forest and coast, lies 17.3 km away. A scooter or a taxi is the usual way to get around, and Krabi International Airport is 54.1 km away on the mainland, so the journey continues by ferry.

A day from the villas could start with a swim in the pool or a walk along the sand at Long Beach, then a visit to Klong Dao Beach. Mu Ko Lanta National Park is best kept for a full day in nature, and diving, canoeing and fishing are also offered at the property. Medical help and a convenience store are nearby, so the basics are close at hand. Returning to the villas after a day out leaves time for the pool and a massage.
