Within a short walk, Wat Sai Am Phan Em San is a temple with a pagoda, 850 m away, and the Open Air Night Market and the Ozone One Market are also close by. For shopping further afield, the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 14.6 km away and is one of the best-known markets in Bangkok. The Royal Thai Air Force Museum is also in the area.

For a day of sightseeing, the Grand Palace is 22.1 km away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Phra Kaew, is inside its walls, so the two make a full day out.
