To Zleep Hotel has rooms with queen, king and bunk bed set-ups, and rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries, a hair dryer and a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels. Some rooms also have blackout curtains, a mini bar or free bottled water.

The rooms sleep between two and three guests. The Standard room measures 16 m² and has a mountain view, and the king room of 16 m² also sleeps up to three guests. Nang Thong Beach is 650 m away, and the Tsunami Museum, 2.3 km off, recalls the 2004 tsunami that struck this coast hard. Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park, 2.5 km away, has forest trails and waterfalls, and Ton Chong Fa Waterfall is close by. Sunset Beach, Bang Niang Market and the Kuan Yin Pudchor Tao Bo Keng Sanctuary are also nearby. Phuket International Airport is about 59.8 km away by road.

The Similan Islands are reached by boat from the mainland and are a big draw for snorkelling and diving. Similan National Park is 8.2 km away, and boats do not run during the monsoon months, which changes what a day out looks like. A morning at the Tsunami Museum and an afternoon on the Khao Lak-Lam Ru trails make a full day close to the hotel, with the beach a short walk back afterwards and a shrine visit fitting in between.
