The Tangerine Guesthouse

Saint Louis BTS station is 500 m away and Chong Nonsi BTS station 750 m, both on the Silom Line, which runs on to Siam, where Siam Paragon shopping centre is three stops from Chong Nonsi. Sathon Pier, 1.7 km away, is a Chao Phraya riverboat pier, and Asiatique The Riverfront, a riverside shopping and dining complex, can be reached by boat from there. Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market open at weekends, is a longer trip across the city, and the skytrain is the simplest way to reach the rest of the city from the guesthouse.

A day could start at The Grand Palace, 5.4 km away, where the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands inside the same complex, and then continue at Wat Arun across the river. Returning by boat from Sathon Pier is an easy way to end the day.
