The villa offers 196 m² of space for up to eight guests, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an additional toilet, and sea views from the house. A private pool and a balcony or terrace complete the outdoor side of the property.

Inside, the villa has a walk-in shower, a bathtub, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, as well as board games and puzzles. The whole house is used by the one group staying there.

Free parking is available, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a stove. Kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are provided, and coffee or tea is provided too, with a washer for laundry and a BBQ grill for cooking outdoors.

The villa also has air conditioning, a fan and a heater, a sound system and a television with cable channels, as well as a private entrance and a balcony or terrace. The property has bicycles, and a laundromat is nearby.

Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning company, and cleaning supplies are provided for guests. The villa also has a garden or backyard, and pets are allowed.

Pra Ae is a beach area on Koh Lanta, an island in Krabi province in the Andaman Sea, reached from the mainland by ferry. Koh Lanta is known for its long beaches and a quieter pace than the mainland. The villa sits on Frank's Hill Road, and the beach is 840 m away, on the sandy shore known as Long Beach.

Around the villa, the Lanta Butterfly Garden is 600 m away, and an animal welfare centre is also close. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, which covers the islands and waters around Koh Lanta, lies 15.2 km away, and Lanta Old Town is 9.1 km off. Krabi International Airport is 56.5 km away on the mainland, and from there the journey continues by road to the pier and then by ferry.

A simple day could start on Long Beach and continue at the butterfly garden in the afternoon. Those who want more of the island can combine that with a trip to Lanta Old Town. For a more active morning, the Lanta Muay Thai Academy and the Lanta Sport Complex are both within a few hundred metres of the villa. Boat trips around the islands can be cancelled when the sea is rough in the rainy season.
