Accommodation at Thai Island Dream Estate is in apartments and villas. Sizes go from two-bedroom beachfront apartments of 110 m² to four-bedroom apartments of 220 m² with an ocean view, and several of the apartments and villas have a sea or beach view. Some of them sleep up to ten guests.

Koh Lanta has no bridge, so the last stage of the trip is by ferry, and the crossing is part of the journey.

The places around the property are a mix of beaches, a cave and a national park. Khao Mai Kaew Cave is 2.2 km away and Lanta Old Town, the island's historic settlement, is 4.8 km away, and both are reached by road. Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 8.9 km away, protects islands and coastline around Koh Lanta, and Khlong Hin Beach is also nearby. Trang Airport, 62.3 km away, is the closer of the two airports, and Krabi International Airport is slightly further.

A good day could begin at Khao Mai Kaew Cave, then continue to Lanta Old Town to walk the streets of the island's historic settlement. Visitors who want to explore further can plan a full day around the cave, the old town and the national park, returning to the beach for the evening. Back at Klong Nin, the sand is a short walk from the property, so the beach is an easy place to finish the day.
