TATATA Koh Tao

The rooms at TATATA Koh Tao each measure 20 m² and sleep two or three guests. Some have two queen beds and one has three single beds, and rooms can have air conditioning, a private bathroom, blackout curtains and a refrigerator.

Some rooms have a street view and some have a private entrance. Wireless internet access is available in the rooms, and bathrobes, toiletries and towels can be found in them as well.

Sairee Beach is the main beach area of Ko Tao, a small island in the Gulf of Thailand that is reached only by boat. Beach bars and restaurants line the sand, and dive centres and shops run along the beach road. Visitors come for the sea, the diving and the lively evenings. The island's pace is relaxed during the day and lively after dark.

Within a short walk of the property are a pharmacy, a 7 Eleven and an ATM, and a dental clinic is close by. The ferry terminal is 1.8 km from the property, and the pier is where boats from the mainland and nearby islands arrive. Mango Bay, 2.5 km away, is popular with snorkellers and beach walkers, and Koh Nang Yuan, a small island with a viewpoint, lies 2.6 km away by boat.

A good day plan is to take a boat to Koh Nang Yuan for a morning snorkel, then return to Sairee Beach for lunch and an afternoon on the sand. The evenings are the time to walk the beach road. In the evening, the bars and restaurants along the sand are the place to find a meal, a drink or live music, and the beach road is lively after dark.
