The nearest airport is Samui Airport, on Ko Samui, and reaching Ko Tao from there means a ferry crossing.

Diving and snorkelling are the main activities on Ko Tao, and the bay has several dive centres. A morning on the water to Koh Nang Yuan or a dive trip from Sairee is an easy way to spend a day, and the beach road fills up in the evening. The sea is the main draw of the area, and the beach and the dive schools sit along the same road. Coral Grand Divers is 350 m from the property, so the sea is close at hand for both.
