The villas at Sukkho Samui Estates measure between 115 and 245 m², and each one comes with a hair dryer and toiletries. Some look out over the mountains and others over the sea, and one villa has its own private pool. The estate's own swimming pool and bar sit alongside the villas.

The villas range from one to three bedrooms, and the 245 m² villas sleep up to six guests. Several have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and bathrobes come with most of them. The 115 m² One-Bedroom Villa sleeps up to two guests, so there is a villa for couples as well as for larger groups.

Chaweng Noi and Lamai are the two beach areas closest to the villas, and both are popular with visitors. Larger sights such as the Big Buddha and Na Muang Waterfall lie further out.

The closest beach is Coral Cove Beach, 350 m away, and Chaweng Noi Beach lies 1.6 km from the villas. Hin Ta and Hin Yai, the rock formations known as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are 4.7 km away, and Wat Lamai, a Buddhist temple, is 2.7 km off. Samui Airport is 6.8 km from the property, and Lamai Beach and the Lamai Night Market are also nearby.

A day could begin with a swim at Coral Cove Beach, continue among the Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks, and end at the Lamai Night Market, where street food and local goods are on sale. In the evening, Lamai Beach offers a stroll along the sand, and visitors can finish the day with a meal from the street stalls at the night market.
