The guesthouse has rooms of different sizes and layouts: a 28 m² Double with a queen bed, a 50 m² Suite with a king bed, and rooms that sleep up to three, five or nine guests.

The Double and the Suite both have air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and toiletries, and free Wi-Fi, and rooms can also include blackout curtains and a TV.

Free parking is available on site, and Wi-Fi is free in all rooms, with WiFi also available in the public areas. Room service is available, and a vending machine is also on site, so guests have more than one way to get food and drink.

Daily housekeeping is provided, and air conditioning is available in the public areas as well as in the rooms. Rooms can have a private bathroom with shower, toiletries and towels, and free bottled water.

The property is smoke-free and has non-smoking rooms. Luggage storage is also offered. Guests who drive can use the on-site car park at no charge, and the Wi-Fi also covers the public areas.

The guesthouse is on Soi Onnuch 36, a side street in Suanluang, a residential neighbourhood of eastern Bangkok. The surroundings have a local feel, with temples, small shops and street life that differ from the tourist streets of the centre. Most of the city's main sights are a longer journey away, so a day out is easiest to plan around the BTS line and taxis.

Public transport is the easiest way into the city: Bang Chak BTS station is 2.3 km away on the Sukhumvit Line, which runs through the centre of Bangkok. The Attachai Muay Thai Gym is 250 m from the property, and Dhammamongkol Temple is also nearby, while Siam Paragon, one of the city's largest shopping centres, is 10.6 km away.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is 13.8 km away and Don Mueang is further north. A day out might start at the Grand Palace, 15.1 km away in the old Rattanakosin district, with Wat Arun across the river, or at Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large market open on weekends. The area is well suited to a day that combines temples, markets and a shopping centre, with the BTS line as the main link back to the hotel area from the centre.
