Suvarnabhumi Airport is 7.3 km away, and it is the closest major airport to the guest house. The area is mainly residential, so the streets around the guest house are quieter than the busy tourist districts in the centre.

A day trip to the old city could start with the Grand Palace, 22.9 km from the guest house, and continue to Wat Arun on the river. Back in Bang Na, the local market and the pagoda make a simple outing close to the guest house, and the university campus is a short distance from the rooms. For trips into the city, the nearest metro stations are on the same eastern side of Bangkok.
