Sucholtee Resort

Free WiFi is available in all rooms at Sucholtee Resort, and the accommodation includes a 30 m² standard room with air conditioning, a 40 m² canal suite and a 60 m² canal villa, all with river or garden views. Rooms can have a desk, a mini bar, a refrigerator and a closet.

The canal villa has a choice of bed set-ups, and the garden-view apartment combines a queen bed with a super king bed. The apartment sleeps up to 11 guests in one of the garden-view rooms, and a bathtub is found in several of the rooms, with open air bath privileges in the canal villa.

The garden setting and the river-view rooms make it a stay in the town rather than on the coast, with the town's markets, temples and parks close at hand.

Within a short distance of the resort are the Diamond Market, 1 km away, and Central Plaza Surat Thani, 1.9 km away, a large shopping centre with shops and eating places. Wat Somwang, a Buddhist temple with a pagoda, is 2.1 km away, and Khun Thale Park, a public park, lies 3.5 km away. The Surat Thani Night Market, with food stalls in the evening, is 3.8 km away, so the evening food and shopping of the town are easy to reach.

Surat Thani Airport is the nearest airport to the resort, and an airport transfer is available at an additional charge. The resort also offers a shuttle to Donsak Pier, the ferry port for Koh Samui and Koh Phangan, which is useful for anyone continuing to the islands. For a day out, the town's night market and a viewpoint over the Tapee River make a good start, and the parks and temples are easy to combine with them.
