Slumber Party Hostel Krabi

The accommodation is mostly dormitory beds: bunk beds in mixed and female dormitories of four to ten beds, plus a Queen Room for one guest. Several dormitories are poolside, and air conditioning is in several of the rooms.

The Queen Room has one queen bed, the dormitories have bunk beds, and the poolside rooms with four and six beds have four and six bunk beds. Guests choose between the Queen Room and the dormitories, which differ in their number of beds and in whether they are mixed or for women.

The hostel has a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security, and English and Thai are among the languages spoken. Daily housekeeping is provided, and the front desk is staffed around the clock.

Free Wi-Fi covers all rooms, including the dormitories and the Queen Room, and internet access is offered as well.

Ao Nang is the beach town of Krabi province on the Andaman coast, with limestone cliffs rising over the bay and a busy strip of tour offices, longtail boats and food stalls along the main road. The hostel is in the town itself, next to the local mosque and the fishing village, so the lively part of Ao Nang is close by.

Ao Nang Beach is the nearest beach, 1 km from the hostel, and Railay Beach, with its limestone cliffs, is 2.5 km away and reached by boat from the pier. The Tiger Cave Temple has a hillside shrine reached by a long flight of steps, and the Ao Nang Beach Pier is the departure point for many of the boat trips.

A day on the water starts at the Ao Nang pier, with boats to Railay and the islands: Poda Island is 7.1 km away and the Hong Islands are 40.8 km away. In the evening, the Ao-Nang Landmark Night Market and the streets around the mosque are the places to walk, with food stalls and small shops. Railay has no road access, so the longtail boat is the way there, and the same boats serve the trips to the islands.
