Secluded Paradise: Relaxation Villa /1

The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it sleeps up to six guests with a choice of bed set-ups. It has its own private entrance, air conditioning and a full kitchen, so the whole house is self-contained.

The open-plan living area runs between indoor and outdoor spaces, with satellite and cable TV, a coffee or tea maker and a hot tub set in a quiet corner of the villa.

The villa has a hot tub and a bathtub, along with air conditioning and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishes and dining utensils, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, plus coffee or tea.

The villa has a washer, and a desk or workspace. A balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard are also part of the property. The villa also has a closet, an iron and a TV with cable channels.

Free parking is available, and internet access is available. For families with young children, a crib or baby cot and a high chair are provided, and the villa is cleaned by a professional cleaning company.

The villa is on Koh Samui, the island in the Gulf of Thailand, in the Bophut area. Chaweng Yai Beach, 2.1 km from the villa, is a long sandy beach with a lively evening strip, and it is the closest stretch of sand to the property. Bophut itself is known for Fisherman's Village, an old fishing harbour with an evening walking street, which lies 2.9 km away.

The Big Buddha, a hilltop temple with a large seated Buddha statue, is 3.6 km away and is one of the island's best-known sights. Inland, Na Muang Waterfall is 10 km from the villa, in the island's hills. Closer to the villa, the Samui Elephant Sanctuary Bophut and Central Festival Samui, a large shopping mall, are close by. Samui Airport is on the island itself, so the last part of a trip from the airport does not need a boat.

A full day could start with a swim at Chaweng Yai Beach, continue with a walk through Fisherman's Village, and end at the Big Buddha in the late afternoon. Back at the villa, the hot tub and the full kitchen make an easy end to the day, and Na Muang Waterfall suits a separate morning out. Free parking is available at the villa for guests who arrive by car.
