Samui Villa G7 is let as one villa of 233 m² that sleeps up to four guests, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning, a private entrance, a private pool and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven and stove, plus dishes and dining utensils, so the whole house is set up for self-catering.

Linens, a TV, a hair dryer, a closet and coffee or tea supplies complete the villa's furnishings, and a balcony or terrace is part of the property.

Free parking is available at the property, and the villa has a gym for guests who want to keep up their training during a stay on Koh Samui. Keyless access and 24-hour security are also in place.

Bo Phut is one of the older fishing villages on Koh Samui, and it has kept much of its character while newer villas and small resorts have grown up around it. The village moves at a gentler pace than the island's main beach resorts, with narrow streets, small beach strips, a pier and a dive centre close by. The Bo Phut Health Promoting Hospital is also close by, and the Central Festival Samui shopping centre lies a little further along the road.

Bo Phut Beach is 250 m away, and the Fisherman's Village Bophut Walking Street, 1.2 km from the villa, is the main evening draw nearby, with stalls and shophouses along its lanes. Big Buddha, a large statue on a hillside, is 2.3 km away, and Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guanyin statue, is 2.9 km from the villa, so both can be combined in a single outing.

A car makes getting around simpler, and the villa offers free parking. Samui Airport, 2.7 km away, is the nearest airport. A day could start at Big Buddha, continue to Wat Plai Laem and end on the walking street in the evening. Na Muang Waterfall lies inland on the island and makes a longer excursion for a day with a car.
