Every room at Refill Now! Hostel has air conditioning. The rooms go from dormitory beds and single rooms to twin rooms, with the Deluxe and The Loft at 50 m² each. The Deluxe has a private bathroom and a seating area, and several rooms overlook the garden.

Beds include single beds, bunk beds, a double bed and a queen bed, depending on the room. Some rooms measure 22 m², and capacity goes up to four guests in The Loft. Several rooms have blackout curtains and a desk. The bathrooms are shared in most of the rooms shown, and the Deluxe has a private bathroom with a shower.

The hostel has a swimming pool, a garden and a terrace, and a shared lounge with a TV area. Lockers, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes are available, along with a laundry service and express check-in and check-out. Soundproof rooms are also offered, and there is a solarium. Internet services are offered as well, alongside the shared lounge with its TV area.

Food and drinks are available from a restaurant, a coffee shop, a snack bar and a poolside bar, and 24-hour room service is also available. Tours can be arranged, and an airport transfer is available. Wi-Fi is free in all rooms, WiFi is also in the public areas, and parking on site is free, with valet parking as well.

Refill Now! Hostel is on Sukhumvit 71, a side street running off Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok. The stretch is partly residential, with houses, apartment blocks and small local businesses, while Sukhumvit Road, one of the best-known roads in the city, carries most of the traffic and the public transport between the districts.

Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 7.2 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a museum set in traditional teak houses, can also be reached by taxi. The BTS Skytrain runs along Sukhumvit Road, and taxis cover the longer trips to Chatuchak Weekend Market, 9.1 km away, and to the old city, where The Grand Palace is 11.9 km away and Wat Arun stands on the Chao Phraya river.

A full day can start at Chatuchak Weekend Market, which runs at weekends, and continue at Asiatique - The Riverfront, a shopping and dining complex on the Chao Phraya. From there, the temples of the old city, including Wat Arun and The Grand Palace, are the next stop for a day of sightseeing. For a green break, Phanphirom Park is 2.1 km away, and the Korean Church Of Bangkok is 450 m from the hostel, with the Islamic Center of Thailand also nearby.
