Puteri Lanta Family Villas

The villas at Puteri Lanta Family Villas have one or two bedrooms, measure from 70 to 210 m² and sleep between four and seven guests, depending on the villa. Some have a partial sea view, others look over the garden, and bed set-ups vary between villas, with several offering a choice of arrangements.

Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a refrigerator, a dressing room and a balcony or terrace. Bathrooms come with bathrobes, toiletries, a hair dryer and a shower, and some have a bathtub or a separate shower and bathtub. An electric kettle is also provided in several villas.

Puteri Lanta Family Villas has an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool and a children's swimming pool, along with a hot tub and a solarium. The spa offers a sauna and massage treatments, and there is a salon and a shared lounge with TV.

Dining covers a restaurant, a bar, a poolside bar, a coffee shop and room service, with à la carte breakfast, Asian and halal dishes, and a barbecue area. Kitchens are part of the facilities, so guests can also cook.

Bicycle rental, car hire and a shuttle service are also offered, a playground is on site, and tours can be arranged. Free parking is available on site, and there is an airport transfer.

Puteri Lanta Family Villas stands on Kantiang Bay, on Koh Lanta, a long island in Krabi province in the Andaman Sea. The bay is a relaxed corner of the island, with a small village close by and a beach within a few hundred metres, so the appeal is the water and the quiet rather than the bustle of a town.

The beach nearest the villas is Ba Kan Tiang Beach, and the Statue of Koh Lanta, a landmark, stands 200 m from the property. Inland, Khao Mai Kaew Cave and Lanta Old Town, one of the island's historic quarters, are a few kilometres away. Khlong Chak Waterfall is also in the area, and Mu Ko Lanta National Park, a marine park covering the islands around Koh Lanta, lies 4.3 km away. The island is reached by ferry from the mainland, so the last leg of the journey is by boat, and Krabi International Airport is on the mainland.

The property offers diving, snorkelling and canoeing, so the sea is close to the villas. A good day could combine the national park and Khlong Chak Waterfall with a walk around Lanta Old Town. Boat trips to nearby islands depend on sea conditions, which can be rougher in the rainy season.
