Private Stay Hostel

Private Stay Hostel offers rooms from single dormitory beds to a 22 m² family room with a queen bed and bunk beds. The private rooms have their own bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the rooms can have cleaning products, toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, a reading light, an adapter, an air purifier and an alarm clock.

The 18 m² double room and the 30 m² quadruple room both look onto the garden, and two 30 m² rooms sleep one guest each. Rooms 2A, 3B and 3A sleep up to seven, three and six guests.

The front desk is staffed around the clock, and the hostel offers express check-in and check-out as well as private check-in and check-out. A concierge is available, tours can be arranged, and there is 24-hour security along with daily housekeeping. Luggage storage and lockers are available for guests.

Guests can relax in the shared lounge and TV area or play in the game room, and there is a shared kitchen for cooking. Air conditioning is in the public areas, and parking nearby is available for guests. The hostel also has a family room among its rooms. Private Stay Hostel sits on Phetchaburi Road in the Ratchathewi district of central Bangkok, close to the Siam shopping area where several Skytrain lines meet. The street has shops, food stalls and offices, and the Khlong Saen Saep canal runs through the neighbourhood, so the area feels busy and close to everyday city life. Both Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai stations are on the Skytrain network, so the centre of the city is easy to reach from here.

The Ratchathewi BTS Station is 300 m away and the Phaya Thai BTS Station 500 m, so the Skytrain reaches the main shopping centres quickly. Jim Thompson House, a teak house and museum of Thai silk and art, is 550 m away, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, a large weekend market with clothes, food and crafts, is 5.4 km away.

For a full day out, the Grand Palace is 4.2 km away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands in the same complex. Wat Arun on the west bank of the Chao Phraya is reached by boat, and the canal boats at Hua Chang Pier give a different view of the city from the water. Khaosan Road, the busy street of guesthouses and bars, is a good place for an evening out.
