The whole villa is let as one house, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms across 100 m² and space for up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements offer a choice of bed set-ups, and the interior is air-conditioned, with a TV, satellite and cable channels, free wired internet, linens, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The coffee and tea maker comes with complimentary tea and free instant coffee, and the full kitchen allows you to cook your own meals. The house has its own private entrance, and the private pool is surrounded by tropical gardens.

The villa's main facilities are an outdoor swimming pool and a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher, plus dishes and dining utensils. Kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments are included, and free WiFi is available in all rooms. The car park is free as well.

The villa also has a balcony or terrace, a sound system and video streaming services, and cleaning supplies are provided for guests. For guests travelling with infants, a crib or baby cot and a travel crib are offered.

Fans and air conditioning are both fitted, body wash is provided, and a laundromat is nearby for guests who want their clothes washed.

Bo Phut is a former fishing village on Koh Samui, with a more relaxed feel than the busier resort beaches elsewhere on the island. The villa is 450 m from Bo Phut Beach, and the expansive grounds are large enough for walks along the coast, and both the pool and the sand are close at hand. The evening atmosphere gathers around Fisherman's Village, but the villa itself is set apart from that, with its pool and the sunset view over the sea as the main draw.

Fisherman's Village, the old fishing quarter with its walking street, is 700 m away and makes an easy evening stroll, and the local food market is close by in the village. Wat Bo Phut, a Buddhist temple, is 550 m away, while the Big Buddha temple at Bang Rak is 3 km away, a longer outing for a day of sightseeing.

Samui Airport (USM) is 3 km away, so the island's airport is close by. A typical day could start with a swim in the private pool, continue with a walk along the coast and end with an evening stroll through Fisherman's Village. Other parts of the island, including Chaweng Noi Beach and Lamai Beach, are reachable by road for a day out.
