Private Beach Villa With Sunset Views-On The Sand

The villa is let as a whole and offers 200 m² across six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests with a choice of bed set-ups. Air conditioning, a private entrance, a full kitchen and a desk are part of the house.

Toiletries, towels, linens and a hair dryer are provided, and the kitchen comes with a coffee and tea maker. A washing machine, a clothes dryer and ironing facilities are also available.

The property has an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, and it also has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard. Parking is free on site, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, with a wired internet connection too. A portable Wi-Fi device can also be rented.

The villa is in Taling Ngam, a village area in the Lipa Noi district of Koh Samui, and the beach is 340 m from the property. The surroundings are mostly local, with village streets and small temples close by rather than a resort strip, which suits guests who want the sea near at hand at a slower pace.

Close by are Wat Kiri Wongkaram, a Buddhist temple in the immediate neighbourhood, and the Taling Ngam Caves, a short distance away. Pang Ka Beach lies further along the coast from the villa, and the hilltop Big Buddha, one of the island's best-known landmarks, is a longer trip from the villa.

A car is useful here, since the free car park is on site and the island's main attractions are spread out. Namuang Waterfall lies 5.6 km away in the island's interior, and Samui Airport is 17.4 km from the villa. A morning at the nearby temple and the caves can be followed by time on the beach and an afternoon at the waterfall. Back at the villa, the balcony or terrace and the garden are there to use after a day out, and the indoor pool offers a swim whatever the weather outside.
