Pink Guest House

The rooms at Pink Guest House include single rooms, double rooms, a superior deluxe room and a deluxe suite, and capacity runs from one guest to four. Some rooms have a private bathroom while others share one, and the rooms can have a fan, a desk and a hair dryer.

One double room has a city view, and the Superior Deluxe Room offers a choice of bed set-ups. The Deluxe Suites sleep up to three guests as well, so the rooms cover a range of group sizes within the same guesthouse.

Pink Guest House is on Sukhumvit Soi 53 in Wattana, a district of Bangkok in the Thong Lo area, one of the busier stretches of Sukhumvit Road. The soi is a side lane off the main road, and the streets around it have street food stalls, cafés and small art spaces, and guests can eat out on foot in the evening. It is a lively area for exploring the city after dark.

The Thong Lo BTS Station is 100 m from the guesthouse, and the Sukhumvit Line skytrain runs from there towards Siam, where Siam Paragon, 5.2 km away, is a large shopping mall. Chatuchak Weekend Market, 8.8 km away, is one of the biggest weekend markets in the world, with stalls selling clothes, food and crafts, and it is a full day out in itself.

A day in Bangkok's old city is the classic outing from here. The Grand Palace, 9.7 km away, and Wat Arun, a riverside temple on the west bank of the Chao Phraya, are reached by taxi, with boats crossing the river to the temple. Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk and art in traditional teak houses, is worth an afternoon for anyone interested in Thai design.
