Pingplalee Female House

Pingplalee Female House offers female-only twin rooms measuring 11 to 16 m², each sleeping between two and three guests.

The rooms can have air conditioning, a walk-in shower, a desk and a clothes rack, as well as toiletries, towels and a hair dryer. Each room has its own features, described below.

Pingplalee Female House stands on Phahonyothin 7 Road in the Phaya Thai district of central Bangkok, on a busy road lined with shophouses and offices. A convenience store, a cash machine and a clinic are all on nearby streets, and the skytrain makes the rest of the city easy to reach from here.

Ari BTS station is about 400 m away, and Sanam Pao station is also on the same line further along, so the skytrain gives easy access to much of the city. Chatuchak Weekend Market is 2 km away, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, with the Or Tor Kor Market for fresh produce nearby. Phaya Thai Palace, a former royal residence now open as a museum, is 1.8 km away, and Wat Phai Tan, a temple with a pagoda, lies in the same part of town.

A good day could begin at Chatuchak Weekend Market on a weekend, then continue by skytrain towards the centre. In the evening, the Grand Palace and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya River, around 6.6 km and 7.2 km away, are worth a visit. For a shorter outing, the Ministry of Finance Back Flea Market sits close to the Ari station area, behind the Finance Ministry compound, and it is a useful stop on the way back from the skytrain.
