The Wat Lamai pagoda sits in the same Lamai area, close to the beach. The Big Buddha is one of the island's best-known temples, and the Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks are a popular stop for visitors.

Samui Airport is 5.7 km from the villa, so flights land on the island itself. A good day starts on the sand at Chaweng Noi, continues to Lamai for the Hin Ta and Hin Yai rocks and the Wat Lamai pagoda, and ends with an evening at Chaweng Viewpoint, which is close by, before returning to the villa's pool.
