The villa is offered as one private house of 250 m², sleeping up to six guests. It has air conditioning, a private entrance and a private pool, along with a garden or backyard.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and stove, with a washer, an iron and a closet for clothes. A BBQ grill, a bathtub and a balcony or terrace complete the set of features, all for a group of up to six guests.

The villa sits in the Plai Laem area of Koh Samui, a part of the island with temples and beaches close by. It is a private base for travellers who want their own house and pool, with several temples and beaches close enough to visit in one day.

Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guanyin statue, is 400 m from the villa, and the Big Buddha in the Bangrak area is 1.1 km away. Choeng Mon Beach and Thongson Beach are both nearby, and Bangrak Pier, a ferry terminal, is 1.3 km away. Samui Airport (USM) is 2.9 km away, on the island itself, and Fisherman's Village in Bophut, with its walking street, lies 4.5 km away. Na Muang Waterfall is also on the island, a little further from the coast.

A day could start at Wat Plai Laem and the Big Buddha, which are both within a kilometre and a half of the villa, then continue to Choeng Mon Beach for a swim. Na Muang Waterfall suits a longer trip. Because Koh Samui is an island, travellers from the mainland arrive by boat or by air, and boats also leave from the island's piers for trips to the nearby islands.
