Luxury Pool Villa Baan Tiwa is offered as one private villa, so the whole house is booked as a single unit with its own private pool. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and air conditioning is provided.

Fisherman's Village is 500 m from the villa, and its walking street of shops and small restaurants comes alive in the evening. A village temple, Wat Bo Phut, is close by, and the Bophut Food Market offers local snacks and dishes. Further afield, the Big Buddha is 3.1 km away, and Wat Plai Laem, known for its large Guanyin statue, is 3.8 km away. Samui Airport is 3.2 km from the villa.

A good day out is to combine the Big Buddha with Wat Plai Laem, then return to the villa for a swim in the private pool. The Samui Elephant Sanctuary in Bophut is also in the area for a visit with elephants, and in the evening the walking street at Fisherman's Village makes a lively place for dinner. For everyday needs, a convenience store and an ATM are close to the villa.
