Lotus Samui

The villas at Lotus Samui have garden, sea or beach views, and some sleep up to 14 guests. Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, an in-room safe, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee or tea maker and bathrobes. They can also have a seating area, ironing facilities and a fan.

Some villas have a balcony or terrace, and some have a private pool. Bathrooms can include a bathtub, a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries, and free bottled water is available in some rooms. Extra beds depend on the villa you choose, and a baby cot is available on request.

Baan Tai beach is 750 m away, and the Bang Por waterfall is 1.5 km from the property. Fisherman's Village, a waterfront village of shops and cafés, is 8 km away, and Samui Airport lies 11.6 km away on the same island, so the airport transfer is a drive by road. The Lomprayah Pralarn Pier, a ferry terminal, is also nearby, which matters if you plan to travel on by boat.

A day could start with a swim at Baan Tai beach, continue to the Bang Por waterfall and end with a walk around Fisherman's Village. For a longer outing, the Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem, a temple with a large Guanyin statue, are worth adding to the plan. Evenings can be spent at the property's pools or on the private beach, which offers a slower pace after the day trips.
