Linkcorner Hostel

Air conditioning is standard in every room at Linkcorner Hostel. The rooms measure between 20 and 30 m² and include private rooms with a queen bed, private rooms with bunk beds and bunk-bed dormitories, so guests can choose between private space and shared sleeping areas. Linens are provided in every room.

Two rooms have a city view, and a female dormitory is also available. Several rooms share a bathroom, and a private room with an en-suite bathroom is also available.

The 24-hour front desk is open round the clock, and express check-in and check-out are available. Luggage storage, lockers and safety deposit boxes are on site, and daily housekeeping, laundry service and dry cleaning are offered, with 24-hour security.

Guests can use a spa and sauna, the shared lounge/TV area and a shared kitchen. Tours and ticket services can be arranged, and business facilities are available on site, with a large flat-screen TV in the shared lounge.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms and in public areas, so guests can stay connected in the lounge and the rooms alike. Paid parking is available, and pets are allowed, with charges that may apply.

Ratchaprarop Road runs through the Phaya Thai and Ratchathevi area of Bangkok, a busy mix of shopping streets, office towers and tailors' shops. The area takes much of its character from Pratunam, one of the city's best-known markets for clothing, and Pratunam Market is 300 m from the hostel. Several tailors and clothing shops are within a few hundred metres of the front door, so the streets around the hostel are busy during the day and the evening alike.

The Ratchaprarop station of the Airport Rail Link is 150 m away, and Makkasan station, further along the same line, gives a direct rail link toward Suvarnabhumi Airport and the city. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre in the Siam district, is 1.3 km from the hostel, while Jim Thompson House, the teak house museum of the American silk entrepreneur, is 1.7 km away.

For a day out, the Grand Palace is 5.5 km away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is close by inside the same complex. Wat Arun is a little further along the Chao Phraya river, so plan a full day for the riverside temples, because the sites are spread over a wide area. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest markets in Bangkok, is the other big outing from this part of the city.
