Line Bangkok Hostel

The dormitories at Line Bangkok Hostel are 32 m² each and have either single beds or bunk beds, all with city views. They have towels, toiletries and hair dryers, and the dormitory with single beds also has air conditioning.

The double room is 15 m² with a queen bed and a lake view, and the deluxe room is 20 m² with a queen bed and a city view. Both private rooms have a private bathroom with a bathtub and air conditioning, and the double room also has blackout curtains and a reading light. The deluxe room also has a mirror and a hair dryer.

Line Bangkok Hostel offers services for travellers arriving and leaving at different times. There is an airport transfer, a taxi service is offered, and tours can be arranged through the hostel. Luggage storage and lockers are available, along with safety deposit boxes, and both express and private check-in and check-out are offered.

The streets around it have guesthouses, street food stalls and small shops, and the area stays lively into the evening. Khaosan Road is 500 m away, so food and a walk along the street are never far.

The historic sights are close by. The Grand Palace is 1.6 km away, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands inside the same complex, a royal temple that is the most sacred in Thailand. Wat Arun, the riverside temple with its tall tiered tower, lies on the far bank of the Chao Phraya River, and Wat Bowonniwet, a royal temple, is a short walk from the hostel.

A day can start with the temples around the Grand Palace and end with a walk along Khaosan Road. Chatuchak Weekend Market is 6.7 km away and is a full morning's visit at the weekend. The nearest airport is Don Mueang, 20.3 km away, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is further, so allow time for the trip from either. Riverside piers lie a short distance from the old city, so a boat trip along the Chao Phraya can be added to a day of sightseeing, and the Sam Yot MRT station is also nearby for trips across the city.
