The Bangnieng Afternoon Market is close by, and Phuket International Airport is 62.2 km away.

A day could begin on Bang Niang Beach, continue at the Tsunami Museum and the afternoon market, and end with a drive to the waterfall or the national park, or a quiet afternoon on the beach. Those who arrive by car can use the free parking on site, and bicycles can be rented at the property for short rides around the neighbourhood. The Khao Lak Bus Station is also nearby for onward travel along the main coast road.
