Every room has air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. The rooms range from 12 m² to 36 m², with single, twin, double and family layouts.

Single, twin and double rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. The family room has an additional bathroom and toilet. Beds range from one single bed to a queen bed, and the family room sleeps up to five guests on four single beds and a king bed.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service are offered, along with luggage storage, lockers and a taxi service. Restaurants are available, and Wi-Fi reaches the public areas as well as all rooms, so guests can connect outside their rooms too.

Languages spoken include English, Japanese, Korean and Thai. Pets are allowed, and charges apply. Luggage storage and lockers are both offered, so guests can leave bags while they explore the city and come back later.

Soi Sammitr runs off Sukhumvit Road in central Bangkok, in a dense, mostly commercial stretch of the Sukhumvit area. Shops, tailors and clinics line the nearby streets, and the Exchange Tower stands opposite the guesthouse, so the surroundings are mainly practical: shops, services and transport. Soi Cowboy, a street of bars, lies 200 m away, and the Sukhumvit area is well served by rail.

Asok BTS Station is 150 m away, and Sukhumvit MRT Station is also close, so rail is the simplest way to cross the city. Public transport makes the area easy to use, and Asok is the main junction for the surrounding streets. Siam Paragon, 3.1 km away, is one of the big shopping centres in the Siam area, one BTS ride from Asok. Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai teak houses, is also nearby.

A relaxed morning could begin with a walk through Benchakitti Forest Park, 700 m away, before taking the BTS to the Siam area in the afternoon. The Grand Palace, 7.7 km away, makes a fuller day trip from the Sukhumvit area, and Wat Arun, a temple on the west bank of the Chao Phraya river, is another sight for the same kind of outing.
