hostel24 has rooms for one to six guests, from a single room and a bunk-bed dormitory to double, queen and family rooms. Several rooms have air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Across the property, rooms can have a desk, a window and a shower.

The dormitory room measures 20 m², the double room with an extra bed 12 m², and the Family Room 8 m². Several rooms share a bathroom with other guests, and the Family Room accommodates up to five guests. Guests travelling alone, as a couple or in a larger group can all find a room here, from the single room to the Deluxe Double Room with an extra bed for up to six guests.

A restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar are on site, and the restaurant serves Asian breakfast alongside food delivery and 24-hour room service. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and there is an airport transfer, along with tours, currency exchange and car hire.

hostel24 is on Sukhumvit Soi 93 in the Bangchak area of eastern Bangkok, a residential part of the city. The lanes around the hostel have clinics, a pharmacy and small local shops, and Sukhumvit Road runs close by. The area is served by the Sukhumvit line of the skytrain, with Bang Chak and On Nut stations nearby, so the hostel is easy to reach without a car.

Bang Chak BTS station is 250 m away and On Nut BTS station 850 m, so the skytrain is the easiest way to reach central Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 15.7 km away, and the Grand Palace is 13.5 km from the hostel. On Nut Fresh Market, a local market, is 1.3 km away, and Wat Arun and Asiatique - The Riverfront sit further along the Chao Phraya river.

A good day could combine the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, both on the Chao Phraya river, with an evening at Asiatique - The Riverfront, a riverside shopping and dining complex. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha stands inside the Grand Palace complex, so the two can be visited together. Both temples are among the best-known sights in Bangkok, and the Emerald Buddha is housed in the royal temple grounds.
