The Deluxe Room at Happiness Sleep measures 28 m² and sleeps up to two guests on a queen bed. Its private bathroom has a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries.

The Muang Thong Thani van station, a bus stop 200 m from the property, is one of the first transport links in the area, and the IMPACT Exhibition Center is 500 m away. Ruamjai Fresh Market, a market for everyday food and supplies, is among the nearest shops, and Wat Phasuk Manichak, a temple with a pagoda, lies in the same neighbourhood. Srinagarindra Park Nonthaburi, a public park in Nonthaburi province, is 2.3 km away.

Don Mueang International Airport is 5.5 km away, and Muang Thong Thani MRT Station is 1.6 km away, with Si Rat MRT Station a little further. A day out could start at the IMPACT Exhibition Center or at the Ruamjai market, then continue with a visit to Wat Phasuk Manichak. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are a longer trip from here, so a visit to them works best as a separate day.
