The whole house is one 88 m² private villa, with a king bed for up to two guests, one bathroom and a private entrance. Air conditioning, a TV, a hair dryer and toiletries are part of the room, and a coffee and tea maker and complimentary tea are provided.

Guests have the house to themselves, with the kitchen, the balcony or terrace and the private outdoor pool close by. The villa suits a couple or two travelling companions who want a whole house on Koh Samui.

The house has an outdoor private pool and a sound system, and the kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, dishes and dining utensils, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments. Coffee or tea is also available, and the villa has a bathtub, an iron and a desk or workspace.

Air conditioning and fans are installed, and cleaning supplies are provided for guests. The villa is cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Free parking is available. Smoking is allowed, and there is a designated smoking area. Children are welcome, extra beds can be requested from the property with additional charges possible, and a baby cot or crib can be requested subject to availability.

Lamai is a beach area on Koh Samui, with a long sandy shore, rock formations along the coast and a mix of small hotels, guesthouses and food stalls on the roads behind the sand. It suits guests who want the sea close at hand and a more local feel.

Lamai Beach is 550 m from the villa, and the Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, known locally as Grandma and Grandpa Rocks, are 650 m away on the shore. Lamai Night Market, 1.9 km away, sells street food and local goods in the evening. Na Muang Waterfall, 5.3 km away, is one of the best-known waterfalls on the island, and Big Buddha, a large seated Buddha statue, is one of the sights further afield. Chaweng Noi Beach also makes a good day on the sand.

Samui Airport (USM) is 10.6 km from the villa on the island itself, so arrivals by air reach Lamai by road. A good day here combines the beach and the rock formations, a swim in the pool at the villa and the night market in the evening. Guests who plan a longer trip can use the island's roads to reach Na Muang Waterfall and Big Buddha in turn. Free parking is available for guests who drive.
