GO INN The Grand Palace I

Wat Pho, the reclining Buddha temple known for its traditional Thai massage school, is 650 m from the inn. The Sam Yot MRT Station, 450 m away, gives a metro link to other parts of the city, and most of the sights can be reached on foot or by taxi. Don Mueang International Airport is the nearer of Bangkok's two airports.

Wat Arun, the riverside temple with a tall porcelain-decorated prang, is 1.1 km away, and Khaosan Road is 1.3 km away. A good day could start at the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, continue to Wat Arun, and end with street food and a walk along Khaosan Road in the evening. Khaosan Road is lined with guesthouses, bars and food stalls, giving the evenings a different character from the daytime temples.
