GO INN Siriraj

The double, single and studio rooms at GO INN Siriraj each measure 15 m². The double and single rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries, plus air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a mirror and free bottled water.

The double room has a double bed for two guests and comes with towels and a kettle. The single room has a single bed for one guest, a refrigerator and a clothes rack. The studio sleeps up to three guests.

Soi Wang Lang sits on the Thonburi bank of the Chao Phraya, directly across the river from the old city of Rattanakosin. The Riverside area is a quieter corner of Bangkok, with hospital buildings, small temples, neighbourhood markets and piers where boats cross the water. Most of the streets are narrow lanes lined with small shops, and the area has little of the crowd found around the Grand Palace. It is a calmer base close to the river than the streets of the old city.

The hotel is beside Siriraj Hospital, with the Siriraj Medical Museum and Wang Lang Market within a few hundred metres. The Ouay Katusingh Museum of History of Thai Medicine is also nearby. Wat Arun, on the same bank, is 1.4 km away, and the Grand Palace lies across the river, about 900 m from the hotel. Boats from the nearby piers cross to the old city side, and Bang Khun Non MRT station is 1.5 km away for travel further into the city.

A good day starts at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, reached by ferry from the nearby piers. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha sits inside the Grand Palace grounds, so the two are visited together. The day can continue with Wat Phra Chetuphon, the Reclining Buddha temple, and Wat Rakhang Kositaram, a riverside temple next to the hotel. Khaosan Road, 1.4 km from the hotel, is the place for an evening out in the backpacker area of the old city.
