The whole property is a single villa, so the house is booked as one, with 180 m² across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps up to eight guests and has a garden view and air conditioning. The landscaped garden offers ample space for outdoor activities.

Across the house there is a kitchen, a washer, an iron and a private entrance, and linens, towels and toiletries are provided. A games room and a shared lounge with a TV area complete the house.

Free parking is available at the villa, and the kitchen comes with coffee or tea facilities. Bang Por is a village area of Koh Samui, the second-largest island in Thailand, set back from the busier beach strips of Chaweng and Lamai. Village roads, gardens and small beaches make up much of the local landscape, and the quieter streets make for a calm stay away from the main resort areas.

Maenam Beach is 4.6 km away, a sandy stretch where you can spend an afternoon by the water. The hilltop Big Buddha, 11.1 km from the villa, is one of the island's best-known sights, and Fisherman's Village in Bophut, 8.2 km away, is an old fishing village that comes alive in the evening. Wat Plai Laem, with its large Guanyin statues, is also nearby, and the Na Muang Waterfall lies inland from the coast, so the villa works as a starting point for a day of sightseeing around the island.

Most of these sights are reached by car or scooter, as the island's ring road links them together. A good day could start with a swim at Maenam Beach, continue at the Big Buddha and end with an evening stroll through Fisherman's Village. Samui Airport is 11.8 km away, and the Pralarn ferry pier is 3.1 km, for trips to the islands nearby.
