Diamond Place

Guests at Diamond Place can choose between a standard room for up to three guests, a Standard Double Room and a Standard Twin Room of 36 m² each, and a One Bedroom Suite of 80 m² with a double bed. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and the Standard Double Room, the Standard Twin Room and the One Bedroom Suite all have a city view and air conditioning.

Each of those three rooms has a private bathroom with a shower, and the two 36 m² rooms also have soundproofing. Rooms can have a desk, a closet, a clothes rack, linens and free bottled water, and the standard room sleeps up to three guests, so a group of three can stay together in one room.

Daily housekeeping and dry cleaning are offered, and the property has a convenience store for snacks and forgotten essentials, so small needs can be met on site.

Express check-in and check-out are offered, the building has a lift, and business facilities are available. Food delivery is also offered, which can be useful for meals after a day out.

Diamond Place is in the Rangsit area of Bangkok, a district where Rangsit University, several golf courses and local markets sit close together. The area has university campuses, green spaces and several small villages, and it is a local part of the city rather than the historic core, so the sights of old Bangkok are a trip away from the guesthouse, and the nearby markets and temples make a short outing.

Muang Ake Golf Course is 1.1 km away and the Wat Rang Sit pagoda is 1.4 km, while Sammakorn Market Muang Ake and Rangsit University are 1.6 km away, and Khlong Rangsit Station, on the train line, is 1.5 km away. For longer journeys, Don Mueang International Airport is 7.4 km from the guesthouse, and Suvarnabhumi Airport is farther off.

A full day can start with the temples and markets nearby and continue into old Bangkok. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are in the old city, and Wat Arun stands on the banks of the Chao Phraya river. The Chatuchak Weekend Market, held on weekends, is a separate trip to plan for its own day, while the local markets and temples in Rangsit make a simpler way to spend an afternoon.
